ROM Manager and Custom ROMs for ZTE Score

I'd love to find out if the ZTE Score is going to (or already is) supported in any ROM Manager applications and if there will be custom ROMs that work for this specific phone?

    What I understand so far:

-ClockworkMod ROM Manager software doesn't list the ZTE Score (X500) when trying to install the first part after initial app. installation is successful, 'Flash ClockworkMod Recovery'. This must be installed before proceeding to backup or install custom ROMs.
-CyanogenMod (custom ROM) doesn't list the ZTE Score (X500) as a supported device. Cyanogen does list the ZTE Blade as a supported device.
-I haven't found any custom ROMs that support the ZTE Score (X500).

    Questions:

Any feedback or additional info would be greatly appreciated. I want to start using custom ROMs, backing up my phone, etc. but so far have no luck finding the appropriate means to do so.

I know you can obtain root on it, but I've yet to see any custom ROMs for the score. You might be able to get ROM from another ZTE android working on it. The ZTE Blade 2 looks pretty similar.

Yeah, I have rooted the phone successfully, but no luck on finding ROM success. The Blade 2 is also unlisted in ClockworkMod's application.

Just got my Score, just used Zerg's and rooted it, just flashed CWM.

    All is well.

I guess the only thing we lose is the ability to check for OTA updates due to it being rooted. I may be wrong about that.

Good to be here by the way.
I'm a new PayGO customer. Love it.

    Now on a side note.....ICS.
Surely if they are working on a port of ICS for the Droid Eris a very weak phone....surely out little Score can get a port?
I'm not sure how to do it but I bet someone out there does.
    I hope!

The recovery your talking about is not official. I built it from source note the CWM-Based at the top. So, until Koush picks up the recovery and makes an official version Rom manager won't recognize it. No roms as of yet. Eta is 1 week for CM7, I'm in finals week then I'll start work on it again.

I was hoping that someone would dump theirs. I lost my jumpdrive with my backup.

I wonder if the recovery.img for the Blade would work? I would assume they wouldn't change their recovery for each phone.
    I may try it.

I have another question amft (or anyone for that matter)... I tried using my 16gb sd card in my Score - No go! Doesnt even appear to be inserted. Is there a way to make my 4gb muve card regular or a way for the Score to recognize my 16gb card? Thanks in advance.
